We have a great opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant to work in a fast paced and exciting industry. This position is located on the west side of Parker. As the Executive Assistant to the President, Office Manager and Human Resources Director, you will also be responsible for:
Hiring Process (Review resumes, scheduling and assisting in conducting interviews)
HR management of existing staff
Create all new policy/procedures; ensure updates for existing policy/procedures
New Employee Computer Setup
Software request management (new hires, terminated, changes, etc)
Employee Time Management timesheets and time off requests
Payroll submission; review hours for time off requests
Benefits management and coordination for open enrollment for Healthcare, dental and 401k
Prepare driver Owner Operator financial lease agreements; meet with drivers one on one to discuss terms of lease for signatures
Maintaining Phone System updates/problems, scheduling maintenance
Management of facilities- scheduling external contractors as needed for maintenance and/or projects
Marketing Projects (brochure assembly, etc)
Attend meetings and take notes
Prepare sales proposals as requested
Back up processes in Customer Service as needed
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Advanced reading, writing, arithmetic skills required. Word, Excel & Outlook experience required
Computer literate with the ability to learn a multitude of software applications.
Duties require an advanced level of professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 60-70 wpm.
5-7 years office experience required
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Human Resources experience preferred
Supervisor experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
