Client Services Coordinator

This position will provide direct support for Retail Associates including coordination of store objectives, samples, and grand openings; resolve all issues/questions from field; communication between field and outside sales force, vendors, and customers; and compile and send required mail to field staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain internal tracking system and ensure that store lists, clients, chains and new users are all up-to-date
Set up internal tracking system,
events
, create projects, create monthly objectives and send rep offers monthly
Complete monthly mailings for retail associates including making copies, preparing supplies, promotional materials and counting out coupons.
Enter store information, job numbers, clients and chains into time keeping system
Manage Tablet Program including maintaining master rep list, loading apps and shipping
Order office supplies for the Client Service team and review invoicing
Assist with Trade Show Manager with finding Retail Merchandisers to work at trade shows
Assist with Shipping
Update the company intranet with monthly objectives


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
