Mile High Golf Cars is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts and Service Coordinator to join our team.
As a Parts and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing the coordination of golf car service orders, supplier management, ordering parts, receiving parts, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Coordinate and manage golf car service orders from start to finish - Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order status - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service orders - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to service technicians - Manage warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe working environment - Manage attainment of hours spent vs.
hours billed - Order parts for stock and special orders Skills:
- Detail orientated.
