As an Artisan Assistant Bread Baker, you will be the backbone of our bakery, ensuring every loaf is crafted to perfection.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Mixing, shaping, and baking a diverse range of artisan breads.
Following recipes meticulously while also bringing your own creative flair to the table.
Managing inventory and supplies, lifting items that may weigh 50 lbs.

Adapting to various baking schedules, including mid-afternoon to night shifts, and being flexible during holiday seasons for potential overnight shifts.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate for the Artisan Assistant Bread Baker role should exhibit:
A proven track record in the kitchen, showcasing your ability to follow complex recipes and pay attention to the fine details that make our breads exceptional.
The strength and stamina to handle the physical aspects of the job, including standing for long periods and managing heavy lifting.
Flexibility and adaptability to work through changes and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
At least 1
years of large-scale baking or pastry experience (preferred, not required).
A keen understanding of food handler and sanitation regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
A formal baking or pastry education is a plus, but not a requirement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this position.
