years of experience to support a family in Parker, Colorado.
Must have in-depth experience and knowledge of general housekeeping and laundry skills.
Would prefer previous experience in a hotel or working in a private home.
Local Candidates Only:
Candidate must live within 30 minutes of the residence.

Benefits:
The position offered is full-time, based on a 40-hour week paid hourly.
Work hours are 830-5 pm or 9-5:
30 pm Monday through Friday with a 1/2-hour unpaid lunch break.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (DAILY):
Complete the Daily Cleaning & Straighten to include daily bed making, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, all bathrooms cleaned.
Mopping and cleaning floors in all rooms.
Thorough disinfecting and cleaning of property interiors.
1 Knowing what specific cleaning or housekeeping products and tools are utilized.
Understand and Support the Standard of cleaning using the Housekeeping Plan.
Know how often an area or item is currently cleaned.
Clothing and Valet to include laundry, ironing, steaming, dry cleaning management, clothing care and closet organization.
Careful cleaning maintenance of valuables and other furniture.
Proper maintenance of rugs and carpeting.
Schedule of linen changes.
Inventory of linens and proper care.
Care for furniture fabrics, drapes, valuables, etc.
Care for fine silver, China, service utensils and dining ware.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (WEEKLY):
Complete weekly Zone cleaning.
Maintain rugs and furniture including stain treatment.
Create and supply Estate Manager with maintenance requests and suggested project lists.
OTHER DUTIES:
Guest arrival preparation and accommodations for family members and friends.
Provide Guest care when guests are on property to include, light housekeeping and laundry.
Turn down beds when guests are in town.
Detail cleaning as scheduled.
Seasonal cleaning as scheduled.
Housekeeping projects as scheduled.
Runs errands if necessary.
Maintain household cleaning product and tools inventory.
Maintain household goods and equipment inventory.
Ensure that all equipment, furniture, and furnishings are maintained, checked, and kept in good working order in accordance with correct procedures and report all relevant faults to the Estate Manager Perform tasks as needed by Principals or the Estate Manager.
