Responsibilities:
-Perform landscape maintenance on larger properties, including mowing, shrub pruning, leaf and pine needle clean-up, weeding, etc.
-Take care of company equipment and vehicles, report any issues needing to be addressed to management.
-Snow removal in winter season months Requirements:
-CO driver's license preferred, and transportation to yard.
-Must be willing to work overtime hours during peak seasonal demand.
-Snow work in the winter.
Compensation:
-$17.
00-$23.
00/hr -Hourly rate is based on experience, punctuality, and overall attitude.
-End of year Bonus through company's profit-sharing program.
-Paid Weekly.
-Quarterly Retention Bonus.
