Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Address customer questions about Allstate products and services through inbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Follow up with customers about any changes or updates made to their policies.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Sales and Business Development:
Generate new business for the agency through cold calls, referrals, and in-office visits.
Conduct cross-selling and work with the agency teams to help reach its sales goals.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage other administrative tasks that include copying, mailing, managing media, and maintaining the company CRM.
Other duties as assigned.
