Set up and break down stations Prep and roll dough Follow recipes on all prep and cook items Maintain all health, sanitation and safety standards Wash all restaurant tableware and equipment Utilize kitchen utensils such as knives, brushes, rollers and boards properly Work with POS, printer and tickets Work with high temperature oven Work with heavy and dangerous kitchen equipment Maintain walk-in refrigerator in clean and sanitary condition Cashier Duties:
Greet guests upon arrival at counter Answer telephones Take guest orders via phone or in person Upsell items to guests Use POS to accurately enter orders Get payment and complete transaction Assemble items for each ticket and prepare for carryout or delivery Ensure all order have appropriate utensils and condiments Notify team of any shortages Responsible for cash handling and credit card processing Carry out additional duties to prepare food, deal with special guests, maintain cash drawer Maintain and stock salad bar, buffet station and drink fountain Make sure all front of house areas including counter tops, dining room and restrooms are kept clean.
