77 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago The Sustainability Associate I (Associate) will play an integral role in analyzing and improving the sustainability performance and impacts of our client companies' business practices.
Sitting on ADEC ESG's Corporate Strategy team, this position (CG04) will contribute to the completion of consulting projects in the areas of ESG program development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation, in a wide range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, food and beverage, apparel, technology, and professional services.
The Associate will be expected to have a combination of individual, internal team, and client-facing interaction.
It is a dynamic role ideally suited for candidates looking to grow and drive change at the intersection of business and sustainable impact.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical and project management support for ESG corporate strategy consulting projects, as well as disclosure and reporting and ESG metrics management projects as required Assist project team members with the research, preparation, and completion of client materials and deliverables Support team members on both internal and client meetings, and facilitate or present as needed Contribute to the team's marketing and business development efforts through developing scopes of work, supporting webinars, and drafting blog posts Skills Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including strong oral and written skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Self-motivated and resourceful in completing assigned tasks Ability to work on assigned projects with minimal supervision Ability to communicate, work effectively, and have positive interactions with different groups of teams to accomplish tasks Keen attention to detail Professional demeanor, and an ability to handle assignments, as well as confidential information, with professionalism and discretion Ability to follow instructions and ask informed questions Skills in quantitative and qualitative research and synthesis Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Education and Experience 2-4 years of experience in sustainability/ESG or a related discipline Bachelor's degree in sustainable business, environmental science, or a related discipline Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of social and environmental data or tracking key performance indicators as it relates to resource management, reporting, or strategic decision making Familiarity with disclosure and sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs Exposure to various forms of ESG strategy tools and projects, including materiality assessments, baseline assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, Board and executive-level presentations and workshops Work Environment The position operates in a dynamic and highly collaborative work environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
