com Job Duties:
General Data entry across various systems Audit drivers pay requests, ensuring rates and pay are correct Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support and customer service to customers, drivers, and subhaulers - taking notes and alerting Dispatch or Supervisor when necessary Assist your assigned Dispatcher with reporting Check in and out vehicles getting transported to or from our Parker office; noting and submitting damage reports Pull reports, verify orders, and set up processes for the day Maintain Customer Service email inboxes including but not limited to order entry, dispatching, and client support Assist with checking on drivers to ensure pickups and deliveries are going smoothly Processing sub-hauler invoices Extra Perks:

Qualifications:
1 year minimum of experience in an office environment (or relevant education) Microsoft Office Suite experience is required Experience with data entry, high volume phone calls, and customer service are preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Must have high attention to detail and consistency in work Must have valid driver's license Physical Requirements:
Must be able to drive regular vehicles during check-in and check-out process Must be able to walk 100 yards for vehicle check-ins Must be able to lift 25 to 30 pounds when needed Compensation &
